Loose Piece Inside Canon HG-10?

Question

I just got my Canon HG-10 camcorder. Though something concerned me, when i shake the camera it sounds like a piece inside is loose. However, this is only when the camera is off. When on however, the loose piece sound disappears until turned off again. Might anyone know what this is? Is it normal or should i be concerned?
