Question:

Loose stitches every 1

Hi. I have a Janome, Memory Craft 6600. The stitches look fine on the right side but on the back every 1" the stitches are all jumbled up and when you examine a little closer you can see that where they are jumbled up the stitching is loose. Any suggestions. I have tried cleaning, changing bobbin thread, new needle, changed tension...
