Loose strands of hair?

i wake up in the morning and have strands of hair on my pillow only a couple and when i wash it it comes out more is this normal has anyone else suffered the same ??

  1. I wouldn't worry about it unless it seems like it is coming out in clumps and your hair is thinning. If you have long hair then it's very normal to loose some of it, especially if it's dry/damaged. When I had long hair I clogged up the shower drain so much came out, but now that it's short I do not have the same issue.  


  2. You could be lacking a vitamin.  Talk to your doctor about it.  Or even your hairdresser could help you.  good luck.

  3. it is normal to loose 80-100 strands of hair every day, your hair is in a constant recycle mode and always shedding old hairs to make room for new hairs.  Sometimes people don't notice until their hair has gotten longer, or maybe they have dyed it darker.  Keep an eye on how much you loose in the shower and if you really do get worried about it then you could go and see a doctor.  As long as the hair on your head feels the same you are probably ok!

  7. Everyone says it's always stress..It's not Always stress, Seeing how you loose over 100 hair strands a day...Your just shedding, Old Hair is being replaced by new. Your fine..It' happens to everyone.
