i got this wedding to go to and pool party how can i loose weight in 5 days liike 5 pounds-10 pounds!!!

  1. Impossible if you want to live through it.

    Here's just a little info;

    You have to burn 500 more calories everyday more than you take in to lose one pound a week.

    Meaning, if you ate 1500 calories in one day, you'd have to burn 2000 calories that day.

    Because, one pound  = 3,500 calories.

    500 calories x 7 (for 7 days in the week) = 3500

  3. If you crash diet you are likely to loose nothing but muscle. Just start eating better, excersising more, and you'll be healthier in the long run. Try not to be so self conscious.

    though if you want, you can sweat out a bunch of water weight in a sauna.

    Morning: Eat healthy like cereal. Jog, ride your bike dink some water,and rest.

    Noon:Eat lunch, like PBJ but only one with water,Ride you bike.

    After noon:Take you dog for walk.Don't have a dog? ride your bike.

    Follow this and you will lose 10 pounds!!!

  5. You can't lose 5 to 10 pounds in 5 days.

    Unless you actually need to lose a LOT of weight, it is not easy to lose that much weight in less than a month.  In order to lose one pound you need to create a calorie deficit of 3500 calories through either less food or more exercise.  So to lose 10 pounds you need to have 35,000 fewer calories than your body actually needs to maintain its weight. Consider that most people consume no more than about 2500 to 3000 calories a day, and a brisk walk for 60 minutes probably burns no more than between 300 and 500 calories depending on your body weight, and you will see how long it would take to lose 35,000 calories worth of weight.

    Keeping a food journal really does help.  It will give you a much better sense of how much you are eating, and when, and why.

    Make a few small changes - walk everywhere, always use stairs instead of elevators, walk on escalators, get up and move around at least once an hour if your work or life in general is sedentary, walk every day, use a pedometer. Walking 10,000 steps a day is a really good idea. Build up to a long brisk walk everyday, or most days.  Be more active and watch less TV and spend less time on the computer.

    Start a weight lifting routine. It will help increase your metabolism and make you feel and look better in so many ways. Join a gym. Possibly you can find one that has someone who specializes in weight lifting programs for beginners. Weight lifting will increase your metabolism as well as improve posture and appearance overall.

    In terms of diet, cut out or reduce things like junk food, pop, fat, fast food. Eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, fish. Drink plenty of water. You will begin to see changes in your body.

    Breakfast ( pick one from each bullitin)

    . Sugar cinnomon texas toast( take texsas toast toast it add butter then sugar and cinnomon and water

    . Fiber 1 yogert or just a small cup. and a green tea or water

    . 1 egg scramled mixed with pepper and 1 slice of chopped up bacon or ham. and water

    Lunch ( Pick 1 from each catigory)

    Entree

    . pack a grilled ham and cheese flip( 2 peices of ham and 1 slice of cheese and 2 slices of bread. directions: place the cheese on the ham then add on 1 peice of bread the cook on stove top (like grilled cheese) for 5 minutes till cheese is melted to bread. then add to another peice of bread.

    . 1/2 a cup of fruit and water or tea

    . a 1/2 a pack of dry cushed romen noodle

    Dinner

    . 1 serving or meat and 1 serving of veggies and treat your self to a coke or a juice pack

    Before you eat drink 3 glasses of water....it will fill you and you wont eat as much...try to work out a little also...but DEFINITELY drink LOTS OF WATER!
