I'm 33 yrs old and for the last 3 years my hair has been thinning out in my my temple areas, I still have hair but it not as thick as in other areas. Are there any products or home made mixtures I can use to try to re-grow the hair in the temporal area? I've read that Rogaine is not affective in the temporal area mainly for the crown.

  1. you might as well face it, your going bald, just like me.

  2. according to the macrobiotic people

loosing your hair comes from the weak condition of your blood

    it needs iron

Now iron you can't take in instantly it has to go through a good condition of the spleen pancreas connection.

Make the spleen pancreas connection strong and your body will be able to take in the iron and you will prevent yourself from getting into hairloss.

The spleen pancreas is made stronger with more rawfoods like vegetables and fruits in your diet.

Cut out alcohol, meat and drugs and your blood will be stronger and less acidic and more alkaline. It's the combination of raw foods and treated foods

    60-40?

whatever you feel like is good because too much raw creates parasites. Thats why we cook food

    good luck
