Loosing overall body fat.HELP?

i'm a 17 year old female,5'3 and 113 pounds,im not overweight but i am trying to get rid of belly fat...i know you can't spot reduce,but i was wondering what exercises are best for loosing body fat..i'm jump roping everyday for 40 minutes,i have been for about 2 weeks,and have been watching what i eat..and eliminating all carbs after 7

i don't have access to the gym,i want exercises i can do at home,i have a stability/exercise ball

  1. Situps and running are very good for getting rid of belly fat.


  2. Go running, not only will you burn fat but the runner high of endorphin's is great
