Loosing weight and toneing up in a month...?

If i just eat vegetables for the next month and exercise a little bit will i loose weight.. i had a baby p months ago and im not fat or anything but im not toned, im back to my normal weight at 115lbs and im 5'1 but my body just isnt the same.. i want to tone up and get my belly back to being flat.. im going to see my fiance in a month up at his naval base and i would love to look even better than when he saw me a month ago ..

any suggestions on good not fat foods or exercises to get my belly in shape besides crunches?

  1. I guess just go use some dumb bells and look up like belly exercise on youtube, it always works for me :).  


  2. I myself tried weight watchers and was really hungry and only lost 5 pounds after spending a lot of money on their products. I ended up using Herbalife products which were cheaper and I lost 30 pounds and it has stayed off still 3 years later!   3. Swimming is ideal for both toning and slimming.  The more laps every day the better.
