Ok. well i'm 14 years old and i weigh 190 pounds. my biggest problem areas are my arms, my thighs (HUGE PROBLEM) and my mid-section. and homecoming is in about a month and i really try so hard and i have lost about ten pounds this summer because i want to be healthy and not only that be comfortable in clothes i wear. i might look good but in the back of my head i'm always thinking i'm fat i'm fat i'm fat and this is my freshman year i really want to have a great homecoming and look good and be able to wear a dress that shows my thighs and not be embarrassed. sorry for all the details :) ANYWAYS.i would like to loose as much weight possible i started doing namaste yoga and the eliptical machine, and those big balls and some dumbells i will be doing that twice a day in order to loose as much and plus i have gym class for about an hour. in addition i want to cut off all butters and oils so any suggestions or advice.it will be well appreciated. thank you in advance.
