Question:

Loosing weight before homecoming, which is in a month, please help??

Ok. well i'm 14 years old and i weigh 190 pounds. my biggest problem areas are my arms, my thighs (HUGE PROBLEM) and my mid-section. and homecoming is in about a month and i really try so hard and i have lost about ten pounds this summer because i want to be healthy and not only that be comfortable in clothes i wear. i might look good but in the back of my head i'm always thinking i'm fat i'm fat i'm fat and this is my freshman year i really want to have a great homecoming and look good and be able to wear a dress that shows my thighs and not be embarrassed. sorry for all the details :)

ANYWAYS.

i would like to loose as much weight possible i started doing namaste yoga and the eliptical machine, and those big balls and some dumbells i will be doing that twice a day in order to loose as much and plus i have gym class for about an hour. in addition i want to cut off all butters and oils so any suggestions or advice.

it will be well appreciated. thank you in advance.

  1. If you take up dance, you can lose very much! i take dance and have have alot weight. (but i take dance cuz i luv to dance, its my calling)
