I'm joining my schools swim team. I'm also in dance but only 1 day a week for 1 and a half hours a day. For our swim team, we'll be swimming twice a week for 2 hours a day. People tell me it's a really good workout. I want to tone up and loose weight. Does anyone have swimming/workout expreience where you lost weight? Also, when I'm not dancing or swimming I'm working out my horse. How long before I will start seeing weight loss?
