Lord of the Rings Musical?

Can someone who has a ticket to the musical please tell me what it says about when the theatre opens to let people take their seats and also how early the people in costumes will be in the lobby?

Im in work and need the details for an itenerary Im planning.

For the 7.30pm show, you need to be in your seats 7.15 for the pre-show.  So aim to get to the theatre 7pm to collect the tickets, buy a programme, etc etc.  The Hobbits don't really go into the Lobby, just the auditorium.  That's where the fireflies are.

The house opens at 7pm, pre-show is 7.15 - for the 7.30 shows.  Mondays the show starts at 7pmn so everything's 30 mins earlier, and matinee shows work to the same time frame.
