Los Angeles Angels close to breaking out, says infielder Mark Trumbo
The Los Angeles Angels are currently facing some serious issues with their consistency and team results. They are not looking good on the field and feeling much frustrated with lots of different decisions over certain strategic changes in recent days by
their team manager and hitting coaches.
Back to back defeats and the poor form of their well balanced players are adding up in this already aggravated frustration.
However, infielder Mark Trumbo still believes that his team will bounce back and possesses some extraordinary abilities which are at the moment considered best solution of getting things right once again towards better future.
Trumbo said with slight detail, "We talked about some stuff; I think it helped, but it's hard to say, One of the things that's kind of going through our head is that, going back to spring training, everyone on the opposing teams said, 'You guys are stacked.”
He added, "We put up some good numbers and were hitting well [in Arizona]. We've been scuffling [since the season started], but it's the same cast of characters that was there in spring. I really do believe we're very close to breaking out, and we're capable
of so, so much more than what you're seeing now."
Trumbo, above is talking about the power of dialogue between struggling players and the top management. He has stated here about a very productive solution on which his team and management both should be agreeing to talk.
The Angels management has also talked holding a private meeting with all the players before Thursday’s game against the Tampa Bay Rays. Though it was a positive gesture by the management, but still they remained unable to motivate their players as they lost
the match 3-2 receiving third consecutive defeat since 22nd April in their 2012 Major League Baseball competition.
Many experts believe that the Angels certainly need to talk to their senior players and try to listen all little issues which now grown much matured, in order to bring a right of stability in the team. The season has just started, but as long as the mid
season break comes, the whole scenario of competition will change.
