Los Angeles Angels hire Josh Hamilton’s accountability partner Shayne Kelly- MLB Update
The Los Angeles Angels not just signed Josh Hamilton but they are focusing hard that he remained consistent and healthy with them for next five years. Angels management have hired Hamilton’s accountability partner Shayne Kelly, who will try to make sure
that star hitter should presumably goes to regular check-ins and most importantly for drug tests.
Hamilton has been known for his indulgence with various drugs since his arrival in the Major League Baseball. Now the Angels management will work along with Kelly and make a decent attempt to enjoy a new relationship with the former Texas Rangers superstar
Josh Hamilton.
"Josh really makes our lineup imposing, If we get these guys on the field and they stay healthy and they produce the way they are capable of producing, it's a heck of an offense, one to nine, with balance with right and left. It also gives us the flexibility
to go out and answer other issues as the season moves along," Angels general manager Jerry Dipoto said Saturday, after Hamilton pulled on an Angels jersey for the first time since agreeing to a five-year, $125 million deal.
Later Hamilton said and told the reporters about his new start with the Los Angeles Angels and how he will potentially perform with them, "They like to get after it, They like to get things done. We talked for about three days. I just was excited to see
they were excited, to see a team that really pursues you and wants you.”
Since Hamilton has signed with the Angels, the Angels management is quite happy that now they will enter in the 2013 Major League season with a new energy. Hamilton is also looking to play a thrilling season with them in the next big event in MLB.
After playing almost four years in the Texas Rangers, the five-time All Star decided to come in the Los Angeles Angels. Earlier news also came out in the media that Hamilton might sign again with the Rangers but with Hamilton’s personal interest along with
a decent offer from the Angels, his agent advised him to start another beginning with the South Los Angeles Angels.
