Some inside reports are coming in the media speculating the trade of veteran Los Angeles Angels’ Bobby Abreu to Cleveland Indians. No side has confirmed yet regarding any kind of trade talks between the teams, but a renowned sports channel is confident on its reporting team and somewhat sure over this developing story.
“We do not comment on rumors/reports of potential acquisitions,” Indians general manager Chris Antonetti said in an email on the matter “If we do make a move, you will be among the first to know.”
Abreu, a 16-year veteran and former Houston Astros, New York Yankees and Philadelphia Phillies player, is regarded as being one of the best hitters in the baseball and has been playing a well crafted game since 1996.
His potential trade to Cleveland Indians’ is a right kind step forward bringing stability in the future season. Before the Indians, the New York Yankees have also persuaded Abreu, but on different reasons, the Angels did not agree and let other teams to come forward for potential trade talks.
