Need help from LA commuters! What's the fastest way to get from Western & Beverly to Centinela & Culver. I need to get there by 8:00. I've tried a bunch of different ways, all the streets going West are completely jammed. I've tried the 10, Venice, Jefferson, Washington, Slauson, the 90. Any secret shortcuts? I promise I won't tell anybody!!! Thanks!

  1. thats a bad commute over there on the west side.  I would say Venice, but you have already tried that.   Sorry.

  2. you could use transit you take the Western Bus to say Venice blvd then transfer to the Venice Bus to Venice and Culver

then transfer again to he Culver city #7 to centinela/Culver

(you dont happen to work for the liquor store there do you?

    (Happy corners?)

  3. The answer is to not travel by car. Everyone in LA is going west at that time of the morning and returning east at the end of the day. Try the bus or the train.

The red line goes that direction. Connect up with a bus for your final destination.

  4. Either leave really early (like around 6, before the traffic starts) or use the red metro line and a bus.
