Los Angeles Dodgers manager Don Mattingly managing comfortably – MLB News
The Los Angeles Dodgers’ former coach and current manager Don Mattingly is feeling quite comfortable managing the South Los Angeles baseball franchise.
Recently during a news conference, he was asked by some sports journalists as to how this season is more energetic and easy for him. Those reporters were asking questions on an early statement of his in which he stated this particular fact that this season will be a more comfortable for him and he is feeling more relax.
Later he replied to all the reporters saying in detail, "I'm-Comfortable-In-My- Own-Skin. I take the experience and a lot more comfort, the way I want them to play and how to go about their business, that's all been established now. I know our guys better. Going into last year, I hadn't dealt with a lot of pitching issues. That being under my belt helps me."
He added, “We just had to keep going and doing our thing. Now with the Guggenheim partners and Magic and Stan (Kasten), we know who's running the show, where we're going and how we're getting there. Just knowing you have someone above you that's a driving force.”
The later part of his answer is quite visible that one of his reasons being happy and feeling comfort is the sale of the Dodgers. Since Frank McCourt, the former Dodgers’ boss has left the team, the franchise and the management along with coaches and trainers are somewhat happy as they have recovered from some unfortunate event.
The Giants consistency at every level is coming and can be seem with clear eyes now. In the meanwhile, the Dodgers manager Mattingly is also taking things seriously and whenever the next season gets underway, the Giants will be observing every aspect of the game.
Experts believe that if things went well for the Giants, who were not so influential in the last season, the Giants a have a clear chance to prove their game this time around. They have a balanced rotation and well established batting line-up while if both combinations clicked, the results will be hugely commendable for the San Francisco Giants.
