Los Angeles Lakers Kobe Bryant’s assault charges and his legendry image: NBA Special
The National Basketball Association (NBA) is one of the biggest sports body in the United State of America (USA) while the game of basketball is also loved by millions of people around the world. The players and the professional
athletes, who are playing in the league, are certainly very talented and full of passion.
Many in America know this fact as this is also a one of the primary sports in USA while ending up in this league is no easy job for any basketball professional. And once anyone makes an entry into the league, becomes instant famous
across the North America.
Many professional basketball players also recognise this fact and always tried their best to sustain the level of fame which people have given them with their own heart. Becoming famous is somehow easy if someone compares it to
the hard-work that needed to sustain their recognition for a long time.
However, for some players this seems a very tough job to do. No doubt they become famous for their extra level of commitment with the game they play, but somehow they forgot how to not to involve in such activities which can instantly
destroy their reputation. They also do not respect the level of prestige which they are enjoying after coming into the league.
The recent event of Kobe’s potential assault on a man, who was allegedly taking his picture in a church where Kobe snatched the camera with extreme anger, flared up the heat among many people. They went furious and start blaming
Kobe and his appalling actions. When the details came out in public there was even more aggression. The reports cleared the whole situation and explained to the public as there was no picture of Kobe taken by that particular man. When Kobe snatched the camera
from him, there was no photo of his and he returned the phone. During that grabbing and snatching the phone, Kobe did hurt the man while San Diego police is also investigating into this matter.
According to some church members this act was not appropriate as church is a holy place and taking photos is an unethical practice. He further said, “Churches are not the place for photos -- outside perhaps, but not in church."
Another church member also stated in the media when he said, “I don't think they should take photos of people in church. I mean, it's a private place."
No doubt all the players should be given the freedom of spending their lives according to their own way but on the other hand, these all players should also realize as they cannot behave like as they do not care about their loving
fans. Kobe’s actions were certainly painful towards that man who also came forward in public and accused him for hurting him.
The fact will still remain that Kobe should have acted like a gentleman and respected that man who was trying to get himself a photo of a superstar.
