And if you knew your politics, you would know that there are large sections of Southern California that are Republican (Riverside, San Diego, Orange County)

They might, but the wealthy people will wait until the mudslides. Only wealthy people can afford to build their homes on the side of a mountain, and then run to FEMA so our taxes can help them get out of it.
