Lose 20 pounds by october?? 10 points!?

i am 5.2 and 115 pounds

i am VERY small framed so even tho 115 pounds sounds like normal, it doesnt look good on me.

i wanna loose around 15-20 pounds by october

i have PE 3 times a week in school

i do sports at least 4 hours a week outside the school

any other suggestions??? thank u))))

  1. erm, diet? maybe you eat a lot of junkfood, so even if youve got lots of sports, it isnt enough to burn down the calories, maybe cut down on fatty foods and chocolate and stuff...

To give you a rough idea I have been on a diet since 2nd July and I haven't eaten anythiing except bran flakes, hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, green salad and low cal soups & lots of water.  I have lost 14lbs already without exercising but the weight loss is slowing now to 1lb a week, whereas when I first started in the first week I lost 6lbs.  So I will have to include more exercise to speed up metabolism.     My advice to you would be increase your exercise regime and decrease your food intake.    

  3. To help you shed pounds, try to eat heavy breakfast within the first hour right after you wake up. Do not skip meals, eat 4 square meals in appropriate portions. And don't forget to drink lotsa water!

  4. I suggest you eat healthy and keep doing what you are doing. No more simple sugars or transfats. Only eat fast food once a month. And replace soda with water.

    Roasted Veggies:

    Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place 5 spears of asparagus, 1 sliced yellow squash & 1 minced garlic clove in the dish and drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil. Bake with salmon, putting veggies in first for about 25-30 minutes or until easily pierced with a knife.

    You should actually focus on GAINING some weight, and by that I mean you should start doing strength and weights.
