Question:

Lose 25 pounds in 2 months???

i eat 700 calories a day i don't starve myself. i feel fine. if i lose that much weight will my hair fall out or something. i take multi vitamins everyday.. will i gain the weight back if i stop exercising. I'm 5'2 and weigh 152.

  1. You should focus on being healthy and losing weight.  Drink plenty of water, divide your weight by two and drink that many ounces a day.  You'll gain weight back if you stop exercising.  Check out my blog for ideas of weight loss, http://buzz.prevention.com/community/bcr...

  3. eat a lot of vegetable,fruits,fish,chicken and eggs(moderated),ect and drink a lot of water and juice

    do exercise

    squat:5 set-50 repts every day

    crunches:100 repts every day

  4. The healthy weight loss is about 1-3 pounds a week so its alright I guess.. I have been where you are! I did lose alot of weight quickly though, I even had to go on bc cause my period stopped it was so rapid. If you eat very healthy and excersize you should stay the same. If you COMPLETELY quit excersizing and return to bad habits then yes, you will gain it back. I dont do half as much excersize as I did, but I still try to get a good amount in a week. Good luck!!
