Lose 30 pounds by christmas?

I've calculated how much weight I need to lose. I'm sitting at losing about 1.82 pounds a week to reach my 30 pound goal. I'm in college, so eating 4-6 small meals a day is very difficult. I usually have a nutragrain bar for breakfast, whatever they have in the cafeteria that's relatively healthy, like chicken and rice or whatever. if that's not available I eat a sandwich or salad or both. I'm going to cut between 500 and 800 calories a day from my diet. I will also get a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio and walk/bike to all my classes. I drink no soda, very rarely eat fastfood, and I've strayed away from pizza. I drink a TON of water. I know of you drop 500 calories, a day, you lose a pound in a week. I will also burn off 500 or more a day working out and walking to class. could I lose about 1.82 pounds a week and be 30 pounds lighter by christmas?

  4. I spent last weekend popping pills with my friend and barely ate anything and rode my bike a few times and I lost 6 pounds I don't recommend it though, not to healthy.

    I have to say you should eat a big breakfast and as the day goes on make the meals smaller.  Like big breakfast, then a healthy snack, then kinda small lunch, after have a little snack (keep it healthy), and then a small dinner.  

    I also heard that you should not eat anything 3 hours before you go to bed.

    Yeah but I think you could defiantly lose 30 by christmas if you actually stick to it.
