  1. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

p.m.  People  achieve  marvellous  results  with it. Depending on your

initial  weight,  you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month. If you don't eat  wheat  then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey cakes, you don't  eat  junk  food,  and  you don't eat biscuits. But your diet is

still  balanced. It costs nothing, and you do not have to calculate points or to buy special meals or plans.

  2. Check out the page below.  It's the 5-4-3-2-1 diet.  Do this diet for two weeks.  Drink only water.  Cut your salt intake.  Exercise daily.  You'll lose 5-10 pounds in 2 weeks!  Good luck!

  3. go to the gym every day before school starts or as much as u can and do cardio as well as weights...which will speed up your metabolism and will help you consume the calories you take in.

also eat small meals and drink water...no pop. and try going without too many sweets.

  4. i agree with ny...and you could add  45 mins of cardio and 15 mins of light stregth training a day/4 days a week to look toned and fabulous...no crash diets tho, you'll ruin your metabolism and won't be able to concentrate in school

  5. School starts in two weeks right ? A healthy weight loss diet is 3-4 pounds in two weeks anything more than that you will just gain back..

  6. tons of water, eating healthy and exercise. Make sure your calorie to exercise ratio is good, but most importantly Drink plenty of water. Dont forget that the best person to ask questions of when it comes to diet and exercise is your physician. Best of luck! Enjoy your next year in school!
