Lose 50 pounds in about 4-5 months?

I am 315 pounds 6'2'' 19 male and i wanna get in the military and i need to lose 50 pounds i wanna do it as soon as possible because it wont ,atter how i do it because i am leaving for boot after i lose it so my body will get back to normal and stuff...i was going to do 2 slim fast shakes an apple a yogurt and a small dinner and walk a little everyday for now thas all i can do so is 4 months possible?

  1. eat alot of proteins (meats) and a generous amount of complex carbs (brown rice, pastas etc)

    and 2 session of 30 minute high intensity jogging ( 1 in the morning on an empty stomach, and 1 in the eveening on an empty stomach) and u could be well on ur way
