Lose Distended Belly in 7days?

I am loctose intolerant, I think, I may have Candida, every time I eat, or drinkno matter what, my tummy sweels up from a size 36 to a size 40. i have to wear sweats, my jeans or khakis wont fit, I have a reunion in a week, what kind of cleanse could I go on to help, calm flatten my belly...its will be embarrasing for people to see this belly, i didnt have 3 yrs ago...

lemonade diet cleanse for a weeek?

coffee e***a twice?

cut all carbs milk?

stave like christian bale, who had coffee, and a can of tuna and dropped 60 pounds..

please anyone else have done anything successful .....I need it

  1. Something you are eating may be causing inflammation.  If the mucosa of your GI is damaged it can take up to 3 weeks to heal once you eliminate the causative agent.  A cleanse probably won't help your problem completely in a week, but determining what the causative agent is now can help your overall health in the future.

    I recommend keeping a diet diary for 7 days.  Write down what you eat and what kind of symptoms you get afterwards.  Include bowel movement description, level of flatulence, acid reflux experienced, etc.  Once you have collected this data you may be able to determine what gives you the worst symptoms.  Then eliminate the prime suspect from your diet and see if your symptoms improve.  If not, then try the next suspect.  

    The top food sensitivities are: dairy (milk, cheese), wheat (gluten), eggs, and nuts.  

    You may not be able to clear these symptoms in one week, but in the long-run you may find relief.  Hope this helps.


  2. Blend blend blend. Replace a few meals with non dairy fruit smoothies(including freshly ground flax seeds and oats and whey protein) for a few days, run a mile and add a few push ups everyday and your belly will be gone. Remember the thicker the smoothie the better since it will keep you fuller longer.

    I don't reccomend these quick fixes though. In the long run, eating good foods like lean meats and veggies will keep you slender and very fit. Building musle also helps destroy fat.
