Lose Weight Question Need Advice! Please Help?

Ok so im currently on summer break from school.I have gained like 6 pounds. In the last few weeks and i just wanted to know what i can do to lose it. I am 13 years old and 5'8 1/2 160 pounds. How would walking help me lose weight?. What should i eat? can anyone give me a one day meal plan start (i mean little meal plan like breakfast, snack, and so on.) Please Help Me. I'll Appreciate it

  1. First Off, Eat Lean:

    Chicken

    Tuna

    Salad

    Cottage Cheese

    Yogurt

    BUT, THE #1 THING is CARDIO, that means:

    Treadmill - 30-60 minutes a day

    Or

    Just running outside, biking, ect.
