I am 20, 6'1, weigh only 165 lbs and have a runners build. I excercise alot, 5 times a week, mix between lifting and cardio. I used to spend a lot more time even with running nearly 40 miles a week. I also eat well I think. No soft drinks, no white rice pasta or bread, no butter, Never trans fat, limit heavily desserts, and overall dont over feed myself by any means. Probably consume 2500 calories a day. Anyway, I have no matter what I do a pot belly. And its not exaggeration, it is thick and strong and simply wont shrink. My dad is in great shape as well and he has one as well. I might be at some genetic disadvantage to lose the build up of fat there, but is there anything else I can do to help burn it off, or is it simply impossible fore everyone to have a flat stomach no matter how much we do. I know plenty of people with flat stomachs and they do not diet or excercise nearly as well as I do. Any hope? ( besides just doing crunches as well)
