Lose inches off of your waist?

Hello! :)

I was wondering what kind of exercises can be done at home to whittle your waist down and tone it as well. Also how many sets and reps would I need to do to get results?

  1. (obviously) have a good, healthy, clean, diet.

    Do cardio, Go for as much as you can push yourself, no more than an hour though...its not worth it.

    Sit ups- They train your Waist muscles (of which i cant remember the name), unlike crunches.

    "Stomach Vacuum"- What body builders do. put your finger on your belly button, and suck your stomach in as far as possible. Remember to breathe while doing this, dont just hold your breath. Go for as long as you can, increasing time as you progress. Do it a couple times per day, when your bored, or whatever.
