Lose thigh fat/butt fat (for guys) ?

hey I'm not fat, im skinny but i got a little extra in my butt and thighs. what workouts/strategies can i do to get rid of them. i know i gotta work my butt off and im willing to do any of the exercises

  1. try tae bo VHS/DVDS. Trust me they help, and you get fast results.

  2. You can't target fat, but you can tone those areas up so they'll appear better.

    Squatting - hold your straight arms forward, and squat all the way down and get back up, as many times as you can. Don't go too fast, go at a moderate pace. These are pretty hard to do.
