Lose weight 16 yr old male teen??

im 16 and 6'1 and weigh 200lbs. i need to lose weight especially around the stomach and chest. What should i do to concentrate weight loss around these areas and my entire body also but esp. stomach and chest.

  1. Your body looses fat the same way it distributes it.  Build muscle and do more arerobic activity

First of all,you can start watching what you eat.If you want to target your stomach area,you have to start eating healthy foods,and most importantly keep them in proportion and have a balanced food plan.The next thing you need to do,is start running/walking/jogging,doing crunches,and doing push ups.These three things are all exercises that will help you target those areas you wanted to target.Remember,if you want to get cut around your stomach and chest areas,like you said you want to lose weight there,you must first lose the weight before actually seeing any results.Good luck and don't give up!

OKAY IM A GIRL AND U KNOW US GIRLS try 2 stay skinny ans junk. well wut i did was drank watter took my vitamin wutever but i only had ONE tic tac a day ( thats all i ate) and guess what i lost a lot of weight . and kept it off! just drink a lot of water and one tic tac a day and and thats all oh and hwen u start 2 feel hungry chew on ice =]  

  4. Eat less. Just skip food some days, I dropped like 25lbs playing computer games and not eating.  

  5. Exercise regularly. I run almost 3 times a week. At first, you may get disappointed because you can't run fast or you can't run for a long time, but don't give up. I also swim. If you really want to change, commit yourself to it. Watch what you eat. Don't eat too much junk food. Don't drink soda. And make sure you eat your veges. :)

    If you can't run or swim, then try doing pushups, situps, lunges, squats, etc. Again, don't get discouraged or anything. =]
