Lose weight fast, hate diets and exercise, willing to try anything?

I bought a wedding dress and its a little snug...ok, its a little small. I've tried this diet and it had me in tears. I have a toddler so I'm cool with doing a little running around, I love soccer and am going to sign up for an indoor soccer league. I know the ins and outs of eating right, but I'm such a sucker for eating out. I'm not afraid of diet pills...I'm about 156 right now and need to be about 135 by next April, any quick/easy fixes? Not interested in being a drug addict or starving.

  1. portion control. also, learn when your body is telling you that youre hungry or if its just telling you that its craving something and try to cut back on eating out. i know its hard, but i drank starbucks like everyday, last month i only went to starbucks twice, so it is possible. but you do have to exercise.

    i lost about 8 pounds/1.5 inches off my waist in about a month and a half, so if you control how much you eat and do cardio, im pretty sure you can reach your target weight by april. maybe even more.


  2. i've heard that the slim fast diet is not the way to go. subsituting a drink for actual food is most likely just going to make you crave food even more.

    i lost 2-3 lbs a week just by watching what i ate. i was in weight watchers which is an extremly good program that only meets once a week for about an hour. but you don't really need them to loose weight. sometimes it helps people going to the meeting because they actually have to keep track of their food...

    but if you watch what you eat and eat less than you noramlly do, you'll loose weight fast. i mean don't starve yourself but realize when your body actually needs food and is just not craving it.

    it wouldn't help if you made up your own little routine of exercises. you wouldn't even need to do them everyday i think above you said you have a toddler so you're probably already running around alot... just make up something with a set number of lunges, jumping jacks, crunches, push ups, and any other exercise that you can think of. if you increase the amount weekly you'll build your stanima while loosing weight.

    also you should weigh yourself at the beginning before you even start any of this and weight yourself weekly. maybe on monday or something. do not weigh yourself all the time because your weight will go up and down durring the week and you'll most likely get discourage. after the first few weeks you'll loose a few pounds and everything will get easier after that.

    hopefully this wasn't all jumbled up and you acutally understand what i'm trying to tell you. hopefully everything works out!
