I bought a wedding dress and its a little snug...ok, its a little small. I've tried this diet and it had me in tears. I have a toddler so I'm cool with doing a little running around, I love soccer and am going to sign up for an indoor soccer league. I know the ins and outs of eating right, but I'm such a sucker for eating out. I'm not afraid of diet pills...I'm about 156 right now and need to be about 135 by next April, any quick/easy fixes? Not interested in being a drug addict or starving.
