Question:

Lose weight fast? any ideas?

I'm 19. I am 5'6'' and currently 135 pounds.

I want to lose at least 10 to 15 pounds within the next month. any advice on good exercise tips to help? or what foods i should stay away from or what foods to stack up on?

any answer is appreciated. thanks.

    Whole grains

    Fruits

    Vegetables

    Lean protien

    Limit:

    Sugar

    Refined Carbs

    "Bad" Fats

  3. your 19 and only 136 pounds?! most 13 and 14 year olds are 135 pounds. and thats not even fat. you should be worried about gaining weight

  4. 130 is the average weight for someone who is 5'6", but if you really want to don't stay away from any particular food groups except for junk food because that's not healthy. The best thing to do is cut down your proportions, never eat anything bigger that your fist. If you want to get trim without gaining muscle mass do cardio. Also drink lots of water to clean out your system and never drink energy drinks or protien or any of that c**p. Hope that helps.

  5. Go to your local public library, get a book that lists the calorie, and carbohydrate contents of foods, make a list of the lowest of each.  Design your meals around those foods.  Never eat a meal larger than your fist.

    And I know you don't want to hear it but, Run, Run, and Run, and when your tired of Running, Run some more.

  6. East six small measl throutout the day rather then thee big ones....dont east after 6 pm ,,,,,,,and drink losts of water ....and NO juice or caffine then  exersise with Jack http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...
