hey :)

ok so i've gained a little bit of weight over the summer

and iam going to a new school so i want to lose it all for when school starts

anytips?

  2. Just cut down 1/2 of what you eat. stay away from all the junk food. and run(=

  3. Drink a lot of water and cut down on what you eat.  Working out tones you up, but eating right will drop the pounds.

  4. go for a run evey day for an hour. drink only water and eat only fruits and veggies.

    drink skim milk
