is it true that you can lose pounds by drinking a lot of water on a daily basis? Thankkk you. :)

  5. It can be beneficial sticking to this plan but believe me drinking nothing but water all day gets you dizzy! I suggest drinking a lot of water and then eating so maybe you can get full quicker and avoid over eating, also stick to regular diet and exercise for better results.

  6. Absolutely, i did. I tried everything. When all I had to do was drink water, water, water, 64 Oz's a day. I cleanses the body of toxins also.  

  7. Yes. It is true. If someone simply replaces all of their typical drinks with water they can lose a lot of weight by doing so. Because water cleans the toxins out of our bodies and keeps our organs functioning properly.
