my legs are huge how do i lose the weight?

  1. General exercise. Simple as.


  2. Watch what you eat.  Don't go to fast food places, learn to cook your own healthy meals, don't eat cookies, cakes, and chocolate.

    Start exercising while you're at it.  Walk.  Walking will be the best exercise for losing weight in your legs.  You can't spot-lose weight on your body, but it all comes off at once.  The legs are a big part of your body, so you'll see big gains (losses?) when you exercise and diet.
