Lose weight running everyday?!?!?!?!?

I have been running everyday. Just wondering if working out everyday is good to lose weight, since people keep telling me that my body will adjust to running the same distance. Should I take a day off during the week.

  1. If you are running 7 days a week run every other day, then each day you do run a little farther the day before.  It may seem as if you are not training as hard doing it every other day but it is better to run every other day than every.  The reason toward running every other is that when you run you tear your muscle that is the only way to get stronger.  So one day you run a mile you wait a day for your muscle to heal and then run again the day after going a mile and a half.  When you run everyday the same distance your muscle stays the same because it hasn't had a chance to tear.

  3. No running everyday is good, just push your self a little bit more and more, just dont push yourself so hard you end up hurting yourself, and eat healthy!!
