Question:

Lose weight with excersise? what do i need to do?

ok, im doing like 30mn to 60mn on the treadmill, then i do like 20mn of cardio, after that i do a little bit of weight..and then try to eat healthy the whole day, but i still dont loose weight...what should i do!?

p.s..sometimes i like eat like a little bit of chocolate or bread

  1. That's a lot, if not too much exercise.  If you overexercise, it could stimulate your appetite so you would be hungrier.  It's still necessary for most people to count calories.

  4. Well, bread contains allot of carbohydrates. not a good choice for weight control. sounds like you have all the exercise down pretty good. you really should be seeing results. I'd be checking with my DR. You may have a metabolism issue. Thyroid problem etc. Make an apt. to get a blood test. Express your concerns. Hope this helps. Good luck to you!

  5. Wait, you're doing another 20 minutes of cardio after you've just done 30-60 minutes of cardio on the treadmill? Cut that back a bit...You shouldn't be doing any more than 60 minutes of cardio a day.
