Lose weight without changing eating habits?

I'm a 15 year old male, weight 139 and am about 5 foot 4. My BMI is 23.9. (Normal weight is 18.5-24.9, and I'd like to get my BMI down to at least 21.x. How can I do this? I really want to lose some weight but I'm not really willing to change my eating habits. They aren't really that bad, I don't eat an ungodly amount of food, nor do I eat foods that are really fattening, But I do eat fast food around 3 times a week, because I don't always have time for a sit down meal. I do drink around 4 cans of pop a day.

I volunteer at the local dog shelter walking dogs about 3 times a week, walking dogs for about 1 and a half hours. I'm not into sports, so they're out of the question. (I do like to swim though) If I ran with the dogs instead of walking, would this help much? What else can I do to lose at least 3 pounds a month? (Without changing my eating habits)

Note: Please don't suggest anything about diet sodas etc, because

diet pop is TERRIBLE for your body! It contains aspartame which is known to burn holes into your brain and liver. It is also known to cause cancer.

So, diet sodas and artificial sweeteners are out of the question ;)

First of all, I'm going to clear up some myths.  Aspartame does not burn holes in your liver or brain.  Aspartame is widely disagreed upon between many people, over whether it is good or not, but what you said is completely false.  Go try and find some valid, scientific evidence to support what you just said, you won't find anything.

    Second of all, you don't eat that healthy, sorry.  Soda isn't good period, maybe occasionally you can have it, but your main beverage should be water, or 100% fruit juice if water is too dull sometimes.  Also, fast food 3 times a week is ridiculous.  I haven't had fast food in 5 months, you should only be having fast food maybe once a week maximum.  I wouldn't even recommend that, I would recommend it once a month.

    If you want to lose weight you're going to have to give the effort to change your diet, diet is the most important factor in losing weight, and from what you've told me, you're diet isn't healthy at all.  The quote, "no pain, no gain" is true, if you aren't willing to give up some things you aren't going to get anything.  The movie "300" is pretty inspiring, you should watch that and see how the Spartans lived.

    Finally, you need to do some cardio, whatever it is, walking your dog, playing tennis, anything.  The best cardio is HIIT (High intensity Interval Training).  It takes much shorter time than other cardio sessions typically would, and burns fat 9 times more effectively.

    Start eating 3 meals and 2-3 snacks a day, and drink lots of water.  You have to make time for eating meals, not fast food, even if it's while you watch tv, make the time.

    but if u really want to do something i would recomend just working out..you are a guy so i would really think that u should gain weight and look muscalure { gain muscle weight}
