Losing 20 pounds in 3 months?

i am going on a cruise in april but i want to lose 30 pounds by then i need a diet that i can do in school, so not crazy foods. i dont want salads or soups either. i will be bike riding 8 miles a day but after mid november itss gets cold so i need somthing to do. i am 13 and 5 foot 130

    This website is amazing, it has meal plans, exercise plans, and it is for teens. It si 100% free and it actually works, it doesnt just tell you what to eat, it lets you choose, it even lets you eat chocolate!

The exercise is great but if you are in school and don't want to eat salads and stuff like that, just try reducing your portion sizes.  And don't snack!  Also, the exercise is great but don't overdo it and remember that as long as your being healthy the weight doesn't mean much.  Muscle weighs more than fat.
