Losing 20 pounds?

can i lose 20 pounds before school (2 months) if i eat all healthy stuff and 1200 calories im 13 wiegh 130 and 5 foot 2

i run 30 min on a treadmill 3 days a week and walk 2 1/2 miles every day

  1. yes you sure can. your still very young so your metabolism is high. you dont necessarly have to cut down on calories, but make sure that you are eating healthy foods. fruits, vegies, and high protein meats like chicken and fish. try to eat less breads. and dont have a lot of candy. and if your excersising you will be okay.

  3. im the same  height, same weight, and just a year older then you and i plan on running every day, eating healthier, drinking 8 cups of water everyday, and not eating anything 3 hours before I go to bed.  it will help me lose weight, and will help you too.

  4. yea, just make sure those are 1200 healthy calories. you can eat more you dont have to lower your calorie instake by almost half

  6. sounds like a plan, just remember, don't fall victim to anorexia or bulimia.

    try 1,800 calorie diet instead though.

  7. Sounds like a good plan. But you may want to increase that calorie intake by a couple hundred, keep in mind that your still growing and your body needs those calories to function. Also make sure to drink plenty water, especially when working out.
