Losing 30 pounds??????

if i dont starve my self, and just exercise with no weights just running and swimming do you think i can lose weight while trying to grow tall, i know that cutting back on foods minimizes the chance of getting your full height and im just 15... i want to grow tall and loose weight

  1. definetly,,,but dont loose weight loose the fat...excercise  in the morning. It sounds easy but its not. In the moring you body has already used its energy carrying out body functions so it will turn toward you fat.....and dont cut down on food just be active.

  3. There's not a whole lot you can do to effect your height. I'm pretty sure that's mostly all in your genes. So i would just focus of your goal of loosing weight.

  7. Eating healthy will not deprive your body of the nutrients necessary to grow. In fact it may be better than what you are eating now. I would recommend the South Beach diet. It focuses on healthy foods and is really good for losing weight. It is only difficult for the first couple of days when you are craving carbs and sugar.

  8. you could not eat very much as you use to and don't eat lunch or you can take diet pills to speed it up i know i done this myself.
