i weigh 86kg i weighed myself i thought i weighed about 80 but 6 kilos more i wanna lose weight and be about 65-60 in october what is the best was i have a 7month old baby minding you so i cant go out n exercise like i would like to is there anyway to reach my goal weight in this time does anyone know a good website that cost nothing and that you have tried or friends or family have used i usually wouldn't care about my weight but iam doing this for my son and to stop my mother from nagging everything i wear oh you look fat dont you i dont think you should go out people will talk please i need help

I think that is a real drag that people are saying negative things to you.  You really shouldn't be bothered by them.  If you want to lose weight because YOU will feel better about it then, don't do it fast.  Do it slow and steady.  this is the only proven way to keep the weight off.   Start by  keeping a diary of what you eat for a week.  Then cut out some of the carbs (bread,pasta, rice).  Don't cut it all out, you need carbs.  Start to eat whole grain breads and pasta and brown rice if you like brown rice.  Cut out foods with heavy sauces or gravys, Put just a drizzle for taste.  If you drink sodas, switch to water, or tea or diet sodas.   If you normally eat 2 slices of pizza, eat one slice with broccoli or mushrooms or both, so you are filled.    make smart choices like this and y ou will lose weight.  Be sure to increase walking and exercise in general.. Be SMART,, not fast...

    edit:  Put you baby in his pram and run or walk fast with him.. you can exercise with a baby.
