Losing Weight quickly? Help!?

I have a wedding to attend to next week saturday i am not big i am just have a few puonds hat i dont want. I am going to be the maid of honor and i want t olook a little toned. any way i can lose a few pounds quickly? not by starving myself. thanks

  1. Yes, do the 5-4-3-2-1diet for the next week.  Choose healthy foods!  Give up soda and sweet drinks for a week.  Drink plenty of water.  Give up salt and sugar for a week.  Exercise daily.  It will work...good luck!


  2. If you work hard and stick to what you want to do, you can definitely lose a good amount of weight. There are many exercises you can do at home without having to even use any equipment! These are some easy exercises you can do in your room or something, haha.

    Stretching exercises. Stand with both of your hands against a wall and move your left leg back so that your foot is flat against the floor. Hold for a few seconds; then repeat this move with the right leg. Another great stretching exercise you can perform is to lie on your back, use both hands, bring up your right knee to your chest and hold it for a few seconds. Repeat this routine with your left leg.

    - Curl is very easy to do. Just lie on your back with both hands behind your head and raise your upper body. Repeat this move for 15-20 times.

    - Leg exercises can be done by lying down on your side and lifting each leg repeatedly for 15-20 times. You can also stand and hold on to the back of a chair and lift your legs backward repeatedly.

    - Arm exercises. This is important to improve muscle tone. For arm exercises, you can use an exercise band. Place both feet on one end of the band, hold the other ends with each hand and then repeatedly raise and lower the band (in an up and down motion for 10-15 minutes). If you have a pair of dumbbell, you can also use them to exercise your arms.

    - If you are working at home and sitting in front of your computer most of the time, try to press down on your toes in an up and down motion frequently. This activity will help to keep the blood circulation flowing in your legs.

    - If you know how to dance, put on a music CD and dance for about 20-30 minutes. This is a great cardiovascular workout. You can also incorporate push-ups, sit-ups and jumping rope into your daily home exercise routine.

    You can also do lunges, crunches, squats, and more at home...You can find a bunch of exercises to do at home on the internet and YouTube!

    As far as eating, I suggest you gradually try cutting down to 1,200 calories a day. Of course, eat healthy foods (in the right amount) like lean meats, protein, calcium, fruits, vegetables and EXERCISE along with that and you will lose weight.     • 30 leg lifts in each leg

    • 30-50 Sit ups

    • Planks

    • Going for walks

    • Riding bikes

    • Or... Wii Fit ... :]

    This summer I did those everyday... I lost about 50 pounds!

    Breakfast

    Egg whites, 1 slice wheat toast

    10:30 Am Snack--apple or pear, 3 walnut halves

    Lunch--Huge green salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, vinaigrette dressing, plus skinles chicken, turkey or fish

    3:30 PM Snack--apple or pear, 3 walnut halves

    Dinner--Huge plate of greens (spinach, broccoli, cabbage, kale) plus skinless chicken, turkey or fish

    Drink 8 glasses of water and all the sugar free lemonade you want
