Ok so i am 5'6 , 13 years old , almost 14 , and 245 pounds . : ( Although I only look 160 , the scale still reads 245 , and it really bothers me , i want to lose weight majorly . I want to start running everymorning , like wake up at 5 and go jog since i get up at 6 to get ready for school . And My mom and I have taken a healthy food eating class and excercise class , and with that program i lost 24 punds in 8 weeks . But i think doing that and jogging will double the weight loss. But should i run right away , since i'm so out of shape . And not only this but i always make the cheer team for junior high , and i want to be in shape for cheer this year by november . HELP !
