  1. Sounds good to me,

with burning about 500-1,000 calories everyday

you could achieve about 5 pounds, not even joking.

    Iv done something like this.

Burn alot of calories, eat little but good,

    youll see the results.

but if you start binge eating after you lose weight youll start gaining more

  2. Bottom line, you'll be lucky to lose 3 lbs of fat.  You can safely and effectively lose 2-3 lbs on average per week.  A pound of fat is about 3500 calories.  The ONLY way to lose fat (outside of plastic surgery) is to consume fewer calories than you burn.

You have given yourself 5 days.  To lose a pound a day (which would put your body into starvation mode and start it consuming muscle as muscle is easier to burn than fat), you'd have to burn a full 3500 calories less than you burn.  That's a LOT of exercise, and a faily crimped diet.

I'm very sorry to say, but with 5 days, about the best you can honestly hope for is to lose water.  You might be able to lose a pound or two of actual fat, but if you just need to drop weight, water is the way to go.

You could drink nothing but fruit juices for 3 days and eat almost nothing (that will clear out the  . . . uh . . . lower regions, I guess you could say, fairly quickly via a impressive set of the runs).  That will both reduce water weight, as well as clear out the digestive track of what is probably a couple of lbs of food.

You could lose probably 10-15 lbs of water between diet and exercise.  (safely).  Being slightly dehydrated (do NOT take it to extremes to avoid other issues) will also shrink your body somewhat.

What is your goal here?  Are you trying to go on a date, prepare for a body-building competition, etc.?  If it's short-term look as good as you can, I'd suggest lowering water intake, cardio like mad, and then work-out the day of whatever it is you're planning, so your muscles are fully engorged with blood.

Your diet plan alone doesn't help us much.  So much depends on amount of exercise, type of exercise, portions, resting metabolic burn, etc.  Lots of variables, I'm afraid.

Sorry I can't be the bearer of good news.

    Good luck!

  3. I can drop 2 pounds a day by resricting my calorie intake. 500 or less a day.  I do alot of walking. And the calories I do eat are from meats and veggies.

  4. Hi Matt:

You can't cut out carbs and stay healthy plus the eggs have what they call Arachidonic acid in them which is the waxy substance that collects around your heart and eventually leads to problems.  You only want egg whites...

What you need to do is keep your blood sugar low so that you're body can actually burn fat.  Instead of grain type carbs (bread, cereals) switch to low glycemic index carbs like peaches, cherries, blueberries, cantaloupe, etc.  You should also know exactly how much protein your body needs per day...MIne is 98grams/day

The best advice I have is to learn how to eat the right foods and it what proportions to each other to automatically switch on your fat burners.  Otherwise dude you'll just be yo-yo dieting and risking your health.

I don't know if you have $47 bucks or not, but here's the program that I swear by.  http://www.stripthatfatdiet.com
