Losing belly weight ?

Im 18 and 6 foot 2 I weight 87kg on average im a pretty slim toned guy but my problem is i have a big belly i measured the fat around 2 inches. I dont seem to put on weight anywhere else if i eat a lot apart from my face and belly. I am currently doing 30 minute jog high intensity. i was wandering is this enough to lose the fat or do i have to do anything else i dont mind not having a six pack just want to lose the excess fat on the belly basically and some on the face cuz i have quite fat cheeks and only a slightly visible jaw line

  1. East six small measl throutout the day rather then thee big ones....dont east after 6 pm ,,,,,,,and drink losts of water ....and NO juice or caffine then  exersise with Jack http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...  


  2. first do your cardio first thing in the morning so that the wole time your doing it your burning fat. then change the 30 min high intensity to 20 min HIIT ( this is where you sprint for 1-2 min then walk for 1-2 min and repeat) or do 30 min to 1hr low intensity this way you will be burning fat. high intensity just builds up stamina and wind mostly does burn much fat
