Losing fat in thighs?

Well i looooovvveeeee skinny jeans but when it comes to my size it looks like anyother jeans, im not fat im not skinny im just normal its just my thighs that have alot of fat in them. ive tried doing squats but no work and also I dont like to take pills and dont like to go to the gym. and if possible i want a way not to do diets because they are basically unhealthy, and if also possible id like to lose the fat in about 3 weeks or a week if possible.

You cannot spot reduce.  You can trim and tone your thighs if you want to start an exercise routine that includes running, jogging, etc.  But the only way to lose fat in any one body part is to lose fat overall.  And there is no quick fix.  Weight loss is a process, not an event.  It is about healthy life style.
