Losing holiday weight!?

Ok so i have been away on holiday for the past month and have put on weight. I hate it. I was trying to lose weight anyway and have put it all back on - i hate the fact that all that hard work has gone to waste. Starting tomorrow i am dieting again. I am trying to lose around 8-10 kilograms, which is about 16-20 lbs. How long do you think this will take me to lose? I'm planning on eating about 1000 calories a day.

  1. East six small measl throutout the day rather then thee big ones....dont east after 6 pm ,,,,,,,and drink losts of water ....and NO juice or caffine then  exersise with Jack http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TKCGe2Ezr...  


  2. no comments about the diet,but try eating a small healthy meal every 4 hous and drink enough water. calorie shifting is anytime more fun than counting calories!brisk walk an hour daily too

Don't cut your calories too much.  1000 is too low.  You need to get physical activity in everyday and maybe add some weight training.  Eat lean proteins and plenty of fruits and veggies.  Don't forget to drink plenty of water.  The weight will come back off.  I have just returned from vacation so I'm trying to take off a couple of extra pounds too.
