i havent worked out for like 2 months now. and i was wondering if it is possible to have lost my muscles during that time. cuz i lost 6 pounds since.

the reason y i couldnt workout was that i had football practice every single day. so its not like i havent done any workout, just havent been lifting.

    football pracatice is mostly cardio

    too much cardio, with no weight training can cause muscle loss

    how has your diet been?  you need lots of protein if you wanna keep those muscles.

    you should probly check ur body fat percentage to see if the 6 pounds u lost were muscle or fat

    just keep on working out and you&#039;ll be fine

  3. I read it was a 1:3 ratio. So whatever you gained by working out for a month will be gone in 3 months. You should be okay, just need to start again soon.
