weight 164 and want to lose 40 pounds like in 3 months what can i do like what to eat what exercises to do... like a plan so i could lose this weight and get stronger

  1. eat vegetables and cut down on meats, drink lots of water. exercise about an hour a day for 3 days a week. tred mills are great and do lots of sit up and crunches to get rid of that belly.

  4. i suggest you trying weight watchers. they teach you what to eat and portion control which is key in losing weight. i&#039;ve been on it for a few months and i&#039;ve lost 20 pounds. it&#039;s a healthy way of losing weight  

  5. what u should do is eat healthy and go to the exercise gym and make sure you drink milk

  6. eat 4 or 5 small meals a day include protien eggs fish chicken cheese lean meat fruit and veg cut out sugars biscuits sweet things and alcohol. swim 3 times a week and include walking30 mins 3 times a week. this shiuld help.best of luck.

  7. 40 pounds in three months is realistic.Keep your diet to whole grains.Like whole grain pastas, breads, and brown rice instead of white rice.Stay away from any white carbs.STAY AWAY from fast food.Its c**p.Only fast food I suggest is Subway.But keep it on wheat and go light on the condiments.Stick to high protein foods.Poultry and Fish is a good guideline.I tend to stay away from red meat.Do drink lots of water.At least a gallon a day.

    Reduce your sodium keep it at 2400mg a day.Sodium retains water.A lot of weight in men is water weight.I&#039;ve lost 11 pounds in 5 days in water weight alone, but I was doing some extreme weight loss for a submission wrestling tournament.I know I just told you to drink a lot of water but if you regulate your sodium you should be good.    

    Exercise:  Run/Walk for at least three miles at a minimum.Running is great you can do it anytime, you feel great after a run, and its good for weight loss.Find some scenic parks or places in your area to run.Especially where other people run so you get that motivation.

    Join a gym....find a nice cheap place. Treadmills are good, but they bore me.Thats why I choose to run outside.Lifting is excellent too.I would suggest lifting high weight and low repetitions at least 6 repetitions in 3-4 sets or increments.High weight low reps will build muscle and burn all that fat.Conversely low weight high reps will tone your body.

    Me personally, I do Mixed Martial Arts.I think an MMA school would be good for you as you get a good workout and you&#039;d feel confident cause you&#039;re learning great stuff.I would focus on finding someone that teaches like a combo of submission wrestling and Muay Thai Kickboxing.My real point about mentioning this is that I became a healthier person by doing this.You&#039;d be surrounded by people who live  healthy lifestyles and are diet conscious.I used to smoke and eat c**p but the MMA school was like a catalyst for me to live healthier.

    But if thats not your cup of tea, then just be active.Run, lift weights, or just do anything physical like play in a pickup game or something.Do those diet suggestions.  

  8. Losing that much weight so quickly is probably unrealistic.  It&#039;s safer to lose 1-2 lbs/week.  That way it&#039;s easier to keep the weight off.

  11. First of all to lose that much weight in that little time is an unrealistic goal. I think you can lose a lot of weight but losing weight and especially keeping it off is not easy. First off, consult your Dr and a nutritionist to help you so you dont do anything harmful to your body, you have only one body and one life so adore it. With the right diet and exercise and correct intake of calories a day, you can lose that weight and feel better and be more healthy in no time. But exercise doesnt mean a light walk, get out there and sweat but dont forget to drink a lot of liquids!!!!

    Good Luck and you can do it. Stay away from those sweets and bad carbs!

  12. IT ALOT OF DIFFERENT OPTION TO CHOOSE FROM CHANGE YOUR EATEN HABIT IN ALSO EXERCISE ON A REGULAR BASIC FOR THE NEXT 3 MONTH

  13. go running, do sit ups, dont eat junk food... eat fruits and vegys

  14. okay well every day in the mornin when you wake up take a walk around the block or up the street. Ride a bike of just walk when u get home eat cereal 4 breakfast. then 4 lunch eat fruit all kinds. 4 dinner ur choice but b smart about it and when watching tv and a commercial comes up do sit ups till ur show or movie comes on. it will work just stay with it or 4 lunch eat sandwiches

  15. start eating fresh by buying organic foods and go to your local gym and start lifting the bar and work your way up!

  16. Watch out - don&#039;t try to loose weight too quickly.  Make long-term lifestyle changes that you can maintain.  Yo-yo dieting is bad for your health.  Good luck!
