Losing stomach weight?

I'm eating healthy and I'm very active (Run 3 times per week, 20 minutes walk to and from work, take stairs instead of the elevator), I've lost a lot a weight all over my body but I can't get rid of the small amount of fat that I have on my stomach. I tried doing sit-ups and cardio and it doesn't work. What should I do?

  1. Eating 6 small, low-fat meals every three hours will raise your metabolism and melt that last bit of stomach fat away. Sit-ups will increase stomach muscle, but it's under the fat. Cardio is always great for burning fat, but you can only go so far with that. a small amount of intense weight training , might also help burn those last few stomach pounds.

  2. You're doing all the right things.  Keep it up and be patient.  Change up your workout and your diet from time to time to keep your body guessing.  Your stomach is probably just the LAST place (genetically) that you lose weight.  Mine is the thighs!  Good luck and congrats on your weight loss!
