How do I lose weight? I am now 46kg and would like to slim down till 38kg. Mostly, I want to lose the stomach fats, thighs fats and legs fats.

I know that I should exercise, have a healthy diet, etc...

But what exercise should I do, how many times a day, etc?

And what should I eat for breakfast, dinner and lunch?

What else can I do to lose weight very quickly, healthily?

Anyway, how long would it take for me to slim down from a 46kg to a 38kg?

I really need help, it's very important.

  1. I always recommend this website to people trying to lose weight http://www.sparkpeople.com. You can customize it for your needs, put in your goal weight and when you want to achieve it by, calories you should be eating per day and calories you should be burning each week to meet your goal. It even gives you a menu for a week of healthy meals you can prepare yourself, and they are delicious! If you want the healthy way to lose weight, go to that website bc its customized especially for you. Have fun, its addicting :)

  2. take out fruits, bread, carbs, pasta, rice, potatoes for the 1st 2 weeks, you can lose up to 8-13 pounds. i lost exactly 8 pounds on the 1st two weeks. i was on a diet called The South Beach Diet book by Agatson.

It's a way to lose belly fat :)

the book is in 3 phases, phase 1 is the strict part but you lose almost all your cravings, then the other 2 phases you slowly introduce good carbs and your favorite sweets/snacks!

The book is worth it, it has many inspiring (stories) weight loss experiences from other successful people :)

  3. Forget crazy diets for losing weight.. Acai Berry is this new product I've been trying after seeing it on Oprah. I'm already seeing results!! You should give it a shot, here's a special link for a free 14-day trial.
